We're a multi-location therapy and psychiatry practice serving Ohio and Michigan. Our providers include therapists, psychiatrists, PAs, and nurse practitioners working across four offices and telehealth. We see everything from anxiety and depression to treatment-resistant cases with Spravato.
We keep caseloads manageable, accept most major insurance plans (including Medicaid), and actually give our team the support they need to focus on patient care instead of administrative headaches. If you've worked somewhere that didn't do that, you'll notice the difference.
What we typically hire for
Therapists
Licensed or pre-licensed (LPCC, LISW, LPC, LSW, LMFT) providing individual therapy for children, teens, and/or adults. Specializations in trauma, EMDR, DBT, or adolescent therapy are a plus.
Psychiatric Providers
Psychiatrists, PAs, and NPs providing medication management. We value providers who collaborate with therapists and take the time to listen to patients.
Office & Admin Staff
Front office, medical assistants, billing, and intake coordinators. Experience in mental health or healthcare settings is helpful but not required.
Locations
We have offices in Monroe (MI), Toledo (OH), Perrysburg (OH), and North Canton (OH). Some roles are eligible for hybrid or fully virtual work depending on the position and licensure.
